  • Villa Venti is the inspiring story of an Italian winegrowing family that believes in a future built with their own hands. In Romagna’s gently-rolling hills, just beyond the Rubicon river, between Roncofreddo and Longiano, lives a family of three generations that with their smiles and passionate commitment bring forth every day from their corner of earth unique, terroir-driven wines.

    It is theur desire to express the land for which they have the deepest respect. Precisely in order to preserve, uncompromised, the expression of this particular growing locus, they grow only grape varieties native to our area: sangiovese, famoso, centesimino, Trebbiano and Albana.

    They strive every day to preserve intact that life-force that flows from the roots into the senses of those who drink the wine, conveying the genius loci and our way of crafting a distinctive wine.

  • A 7-course menu paired with the winemaker’s wines and alcohol-free creations from our sommelier. The region will be highlighted through a signature dish, as well as the estate’s vinegar and cheese.

  • From their 15-hectare vineyard spread across Montlouis-sur-Loire, Touraine, and Touraine-Amboise, Coralie and Damien Delecheneau have established themselves as key figures in the industry. With the utmost respect for nature and their terroirs, the couple nurtures their old vines through biodynamic practices (certified in 2014).

    Some of their Côt vines are over a century old, producing wines of remarkable depth and subtlety. In the cellar, the two oenologists guide the healthy grapes, harvested at perfect maturity, with talent and sensitivity. From vinification to aging in concrete tanks and old barrels, everything is precise and measured, with these refined wines never veering into exuberance. Upon opening each bottle, the Chenin Blanc whites reveal an extraordinary purity and delicacy; the reds captivate with their subtlety and floral brightness.
